Great umbrella; worth the money!

My granddaughter loves this umbrella, and so do we! She can see where she's going, it's extraordinarily easy to open and close, and is very sturdy and well made. She is in third grade, but quite petite; still, she is able to carry it safely without dragging or stumbling around. Wonderful for waiting at the bus stop on rainy mornings, even with her rain coat: no "heads down" to keep her hood on.
Pros:
Sturdy, easy to use; provides extra safety; well engineered and designed. Great customer service.
Cons:
After I ordered pink, we were called and told they were unsure when pink would be available. We settled for silver. BUT the caller was very polite, pleasant and apologetic.
