Ella Umbrella sells only umbrellas of the highest quality. Umbrella warranties vary depending on the brand of umbrella you purchased from us. Please see below if the umbrella you purchased is defective in craftsmanship or materials. You can always contact us with any questions or for help in the process.

Totes Umbrella Warranty
Totes umbrellas are built to exacting standards using the finest materials and hand-inspected to ensure top-quality. With proper care, your totes umbrella should provide a lifetime of durable, reliable protection. If this umbrella should prove to be defective in materials or workmanship, or fail to function properly we will gladly replace it with a comparable umbrella.

Fulton Umbrella Warranty
Fulton umbrellas have a warranty from defect in material and workmanship. If your umbrella frame fails to function properly due to defect, Fulton will repair or replace the product with one of similar value, color or style. To submit your product under warranty (only Fulton umbrellas purchased from Ella Umbrella), include a description of defect, your EllaUmbrella.com order #, postage/handling fee ($5), and send to Ella Umbrella, 160 Glenwood Ave, Ste #1, Minneapolis, MN 55405 Attn: Umbrella Defect. Please allow 1-2 weeks for return. Warranty does not cover for damages caused by misuse, accident, or failure to use your umbrella properly.

Marimekko Umbrella Warranty
Marimekko umbrellas are guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. Should you receive a defective Marimekko umbrella please contact us within (7) days of delivery for a replacement. Our guarantee covers manufacturer defects in material and craftsmanship, not accident or failure to use the umbrella properly.

London Fog Umbrella Warranty
London Fog umbrella frames have a warranty from defect in material and workmanship. If your umbrella frame fails to function properly due to defect, London Fog will repair or replace the product with one of similar value, color or style.
